Sometimes a rejuvenated old hat is better than a new one. If yours has seen better days, I can restore it. Contact me and let’s figure out what it needs.

What can be Fixed?
Reshaping
I’ll steam and reshape your hat back to its original crown and brim profile — or into a new one.
Sweatband and/or Liner Replacement
Old, cracked, or stained sweatbands replaced with quality leather. Liners replaced with new satin.
Band Replacement
New leather, horsehair, or custom hat band installed to match your taste.
Full Rebuild
I’ll strip your old hat down to the felt, removing the band, sweatband, and liner. It’ll then be cleaned and rebuilt from scratch as though it were a new piece of felt..

Pack it well
Stuff the crown with paper, place in a box with padding. No envelopes, please.

Ship it in
I’ll tell you where to send, confirm receipt, and get started on your transformation.
